He was born and raised in Thessaloniki. He went to cooking school in 2005 and started working at Chrysanthos Karamolegou 's "Ntomata", Sani Resort and "Apla" in Athens.
He continued in London where he worked in the kitchen of French chef Daniel Boulud. In 2012, he was in Munich, at the Fürstenfelder Gastronomy headed by Austrian Philippe Wimmer.
Returning to Greece, he went through the kitchens of 'Anassa', 'Pbox Eatery' and 'Ekies All Senses Resort'. In 2013, he started his collaboration with Ergon, where he is currently working as executive chef, along with Lefteris Athanasopoulos.
